Problem Note 49600: In the European language version of SAS®, Note and Error messages in the SAS® log appear in mixed languages

In the European language versions of SAS (such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Polish), Note and Error messages are generated with a mix of English and non-English (European language) words.
Below is a sample of a message from the French version of SAS. The highlighted words are French. The remaining text is English.
